Affiliate & Promotions Manager

Galaxsys is look for an experienced Affiliate & Promotions Manager with a background in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, streamers, and influencers for collaborative promotional efforts.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reporting for performance assessment.
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the user base of company's games
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
- Play a key part in framing the company's proposition in target countries
- Oversee tracking and analysis of affiliate marketing activities to improve ROI.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication with Sales, Partner Management, Marketing and other relevant departments to ensure alignment in promotional efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative strategies.
- Performing the necessary due diligence when on boarding new Affiliates, ensuring that new partners meet our requirements; overall responsibility for the on boarding and sales to prospective partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and keep updated on industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an account manager and affiliate manager in the iGaming industry, specifically in the B2C sector.
- Experience promoting game providers with affiliates, streamers, and influencers.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong partnership management skills
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- A good understanding of tracking technology
- Highly numerate
